After completing the course, my approach to EU proposals has become more structured and strategic. I now start from the expected outcomes and impacts of the call, then work backwards to define objectives, results, and activities. From there, I develop an implementation plan that is measurable, manageable, and clearly governed.

I also gained a deeper appreciation of the importance of building strong consortia that combine scientific excellence with complementary skills—such as clinical expertise, technical development, exploitation, regulatory knowledge, and dissemination—so that the promised impact is realistic and credible.
