Many EU-funded projects require solid project management. PM² provides the methodology, while EU funding project design teaches how to structure and write successful proposals.
Module Narrative:
Success in EU-funded projects starts well before implementation. It begins with a strong, strategic proposal and continues with rigorous project management This module brings together two critical competencies: EU funding project design and the PM² methodology. Participants will first explore how applying the PM² Project Management Methodology, of the European Commission, ensures management quality so that Horizon Europe projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with lasting impact. Then they will learn how to shape competitive proposals that align with EU priorities, calls, and evaluation criteria. Through practical exercises, case studies, and tools, this training equips professionals to navigate the full project lifecycle, from funding acquisition to successful completion.

I highly recommend this training to gain practical skills in proposal development, decoding calls, budgeting, and risk management. In the Project Proposal Simulation Lab you will be challenged to form consortia, negotiate roles, and present strategies combining theory and hands-on exercises to develop competitive, fundable Horizon Europe proposals.
